Crisis looms large in the mortgage market in the US as lending firms are paniking and the stocks are at a record low and the biggest market in the states estimated at about 1.6 trillion is facing a huge debacle and the lending firms including some big ones like Merill Lynch , Duestche , Lehmann Brothers and others are in for a huge financial loss. the stocks are declining fast and there is apprehension everywhere in the Wall Street. an untimely statement by an analyst of the reputed firm provided the spark that eventually led to a huge fire and now threatens to engulf a lions share of the huge mortgage market and can very easily reveal another scandal of the likes of the Enron fiasco.
